Owners apply to list; every application lands in a human review queue where the platform owner approves, rejects with a note, sets the service fee, and enforces nightly-rate floors that keep the collection premium. The whole thing — both sides plus the admin console — runs on a single Cloudflare Worker with D1, server-rendered, zero frameworks. Even the listing photography is procedural: every seascape is a deterministic SVG generated from the listing's seed, so the site ships with no image assets at all.
